IOW to announce acts Monday 15 November

The Isle of Wight Festival is going to bring some sunshine to your November with some massive news!

Starting on the 15th November we’re going to be making an announcement every day for a week…and they’re going to be huge!

Make sure you’re on our mailing list, following us on Twitter and have "liked" us on Facebook as we know you won’t want to miss out on any of it!

I like how IOW announces earlier than other festivals because its one of the earliest in the year, quite a lot of European festivals do this, which is why I get pissed off with Download announcing so late, I mean, they had AC/DC in place for ages last year, it was leaked and they still waited MONTHS to officially announce it.

this pretty much rules foos out of download now then as its the same weekend, probs out leeds too, i dont remember many acts headlining isle of wight and leeds/reading in the same year.

There will be a mad rush for tickets this year if any of the rumours are true as there is no Festival first tickets sale this year according to the official website.

EDIT - Scratch that, they're playing Norway on the Thursday and Germany on the Saturday and Sunday so count them out of IOW
