Wouldn't be the 1st time IOW (or other festivals) have used the word 'Exclusive' and has not turned out to be correct, guess we will wait and see.

I don't really get the vitriol on this thread. Nothing OKB has said has convinced me he/she isn't just making educated guesses and/or speculating, but for god's sake, if you think he's a troll just move on. If you don't care then stop caring. Or else treat it as a prediction like any other.

As things stand, he's made a prediction - The Strokes, Iron Maiden and My Chemical Romance (with Limp Bizkit subbing to MCR) - which is pretty specific. Partly obvious, but partly very unlikely on the face of it (Iron Maiden). We'll see, won't we? But it's not like anyone's life depends on it in the meantime.

The whole Limp Bizkit thing just shows that OKB knows f**k ALL, AC has said that Limp Bizkit's stock has fallen now since they've done the reunion and played all the UK rock fests - Download, Soni and R+L, he said that if they were booked again they would be lower than they were last time, because the interest just isn't there now.

Limp Bizkit getting booked higher and even the mention of subbing is absolutely laughable, and just shows that this is all opinion and no substance.

The very point where the lie was proven then, didn't even have to wait for download announcement. It did get a bit out of hand really, both defending and attacking him fed him up.

On Limp Bizkit, I could see them moving up the bill but it would be on the back of a successful album, even if they bring it out now, they'd be struggling, i'd imagine the organisers will have in mind who they wan't to put on. I can't see that being limp bizkit at the minute.

I'd love to see them in the tent though, but thats personal preference.

I did enjoy them last year though.

I still think what proved him full of shit was his "source" getting regular updates on every decesion at every festival as it happened, my issue was less someone bullshitting than it was the amount of people being numpties and eating it up.

If it's a light line up of say (as an example) Strokes, Pulp & Muse I could definitely see Limp Bizkit as 2nd stage headliners.
