Re-sale tickets sites - promoting theft?

Why are the so called official ticket agents being allowed to support the tout culture. Tickets are being sold for exorbitant prices on their own re-sale sites. I asked for Aloud.com to explain their actions. The reply I received was exactly what I expected, which was they appreciate that people do buy tickets, only to realise that due to unforseen circumstances they can no longer attend. This service they suggest is to ensure the tickets then go to another fan. What a load of s**t. Do they not monitor their own sites. Within minutes, people are selling multiple tickets at extortionate prices.

The only conclusion one can make is that the ticket agents must be laughing all the way to the bank as they charge for this service.

This obscene practice must be investigated ,and ticket agents need to be regulated.

For all those who were able to buy their Foo Fighters ticket at face value I commend you. Those who are tempted to buy from either e-bay or a re-sale site PLEASE reconsider. I know it sucks but things need to change.
