volunteering/steward at isle of weight

i really like the idea of goign to isle of wight festival this year, as its the first year i havent had a bloody exam during it, however i'm currently a student and thus poor and was concidiring like being a steward or volunteering

i went on the website and coulsdn't find anything, that could just me being thick but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

does anyone know

-if its easy to get a job there

-what jobs there are

-how and when i can

-anything else i should know

or a site that will show me.
