Yes but remember this was when Download had a smaller attendence (the festival is still smaller than Reading now, 5 years ago it was nowhere near). And the prodigy had kinnda faded. It was 2009 when they came back from the dead and became the thing they used to be.

I thought that Downloads second stage had been moved outdoors since they headlined it in 2006?

Yes the Prodigy are a huge draw. hence why they won't be in a tent.

They have headlined the 2nd stage twice, once in 06 (tent) & 09 (outdoors). It went outdoors in 08 I think(?)

and They headlined a tent once when they weren't as big as they are now at a festival which wasn't as big as Reading at the time.

What are you babbling about now, why are you asking pointless questions to which you know the answer to?

They headlined the same stage which had increased capacity when the festival increased too, so nothings changed as the parentages of the crowd would be similar even though both both stage & arena have gone up.

The more I look at it and the more I think MCR will either sub or headline the tent.

Yea Prodigy wont headline I doubt without another new albumt to do incredibly well. Playing before Muse would be awesome.

I think MCR will headline, if they were going to last year, no reason why they won't know.

Only way I can see is by download/soni not wanting them and subbing is all reading will give them.

Well sir (I take it you been listenig to Smodcast becuase of the sirs) stop bringing up things that are poitnless, of cause more people saw Prodigy in 09 than 06 as there was a lot more people at the festival in general it's not a hard concept to grasp.

If its The Strokes/my chem and muse then i'd be iffy with it, unless the rest of the lineup is awesome.

I've already seen muse twice in the past year so im not really fussed seeing them so soon after
