NME HEADLINERS?

when i started getting in to oasis, i used to ask people if they liked them. i remember asking somone once, "do you like oasis? "oasis" do you mean the drink? arhhh.

i never even like oasis ha, so i think we can all agree, beady eye wont headline NME! thank god!

anyones view on the kooks? i think that would be amazing <3

if i see that line up a slight bit of wee might come out . was ment to see the kooks in leeds last year, was there warm up before v. but i forgot all about it, looked at my ticket the night of the gigg. o dear haha

the kooks, the pigeon detectives, an the wombats should go on tour together. that would be magic. the pigeon detectives are the strongest band out of the three. the kooks first album is weak there second is top. what iv seen of the p.d they are slighty more rocky and energetic than the kook lads.

But if these three play on the main stage, which I think they might, I'll go for something like Editors, XX, and Kooks

Would love to see hard-fi there. Obviiously they wouldnt headline the tent because they've been gone for ages.. but they do have a new album coming out (which has supposedly been coming out for the last two years), so there is a chance that they could play.

I really hope pigeon detectives and wombats do not headline the tent.. they are more V bands, or bands for the early main stage slots. (I wouldn't mind the kooks, but they are in the same category really). Beady eye are obviously nowhere near big enough or good enough to headline the tent.

I think it will be Manics/Crystal Castles/and someone else.. Enemy, feeder, jamie t???

I wouldnt be suprised if it was something like

interpol/bullet for myvalentine/suede(or other 90s band)

The Fratellis - yes my all time favourite band, are on a break and have been for nearly 2 years now. So they will not be playing at all. Even so, i think as they have disappeared they wouldn't be able to pull off a headline slot on NME. Jon Fratelli has a solo album coming out in the new year so there is a chance he might play lower down on the NME stage.
