Anyone have one of those power balance bands that quite a lot of celebs wear?..the one that claims to improve balance and stuff

Been looking at getting one, but just sounds like bs to me?

Just had a look and they seem a load of bollox to me. Celebs have most likely been given a shit load of money to endorse them and say they are good to increase sales.
