New Albums

When does this one actually come out? I've been waiting for it for what seems ages (before last years festival) and haven't heard anything. Plus they are playing locally in early feb would have like to have heard a little more before seeing them.

Probably my most anticipated of the year, will it be out before the festival though? I know they have not long released bad books with Kevin Devine and are touring the US.

The Vines have a new album out in April so might be good shout for a low spot, can't remmeber the year but the last time they played was afternnon in the tent and they rocked pretty hard.

The Blackout have a new album due out this year, I could see them playing Main in the afternoon since they headlined FR in 2009. Quite a good live band and get the crowd going for sure!

Art Brut have a new album this year.

That is very important! Hopefully they will be booked for the festival republic stage this year after Eddie Argos' amazing solo set in the alternative stage last year.
