To replace Craig we have drawn in Soma's UK techno legends and Fabric / Pressure residents SLAM, who will be doing a 3hr set, plus Adam Shelton will be returning to start his new Zutekh residency!

When the electronic music history book is written, the legendary UK techno duo of Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle will be a firm fixture. Having travelled far and wide, the duo have helped represent the sound of UK electronic music for well over a decade, touring Australia, USA , Europe, South America and Japan as well as holding down residencies at the UK's best clubs; The Arches in Glasgow and Fabric in London.

The pairs studio output has in the last 2 years alone seen them remix the likes of Josh Wink, Paul Ritch, Pan-Pot and Radio Slave and their productions have gained constant support from the who’s who of the electronic music elite namely Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer and Laurent Garnier to Carl Craig, Anja Schneider, Dave Clarke and Dubfire. Not only do their own productions shine through but as co-owners of Glasgow based Soma Records they have open the door to pushing the best in electronic music from the likes of Silicone Soul, the Black Dog, Mark Broom, Joris Voorn, Samuel L. Session, D'Julz and Funk D Void.

As SLAM the duo are regulars on the global festival circuit playing for crowds of up to 25,000 with gigs at Glastonbury, Timewarp in Germany, Awakenings and Extrema in Holland and clubs such as Space / DC10 in Ibiza, Berghain in Berlin and Barcelona’s Razzmatazz Club. For this one off special in the intimate 350 capacity basement space of Soundcontrol. Manchester - we proudly present SLAM…

Due to the crowd reaction for Adam’s set at the November event we are very proud to announce that for 2011 we will have Adam on board as a quarterly resident playing alongside the future guests of Zutekh. We believe that Adam is bar-none one of, if not the most talented DJ the UK has produced for a number of years and look forward to seeing a lot more of him in 2011.
