Google brings up results based on the amount of links connect to the page, so if it's something like archived forums they would be brought up but not on the first few pages.

Which is why I can't be bothered looking for it, especially when you need to remember the specific wording of it as I can't remember but I think they use to call it the group feedback or fan feedback or some shit like that.

Well I'm on my 14th page of google results now, and still haven't found anything suggesting that Melvin Benn has ruled out ever booking RHCP again.

Forgive me, but as it was you that made that claim, shouldn't you be the one providing the information that backs your claim up?

guns and roses were immense last year. they had the crowed (me included) baying for blood. love the bit at the end were axl got the megaphone out :) dont no if any1 else noticed, it seemed to rain only for the amount of time november rain was being thrashed out?

AC/DC, rolling stones, the who, an possibly R.E.M. fall well in line with the legends slot. it would be a fanatically inspirerd booking to confirm one of the above bands, compaerd to muse or mcr.

At Leeds? What are you talking about, man?

Guns N Roses were astonishing at Leeds. They came on no more than 15 minutes late, they banged out all of the tunes and a few unexpected surprises, they didn't seem lethargic, they gave as much energy as they could considering they're all middle aged (and beyond), the show itself was grand as you'd expect from them, Axl's vocals were fantastic, the band behind him was tight as a drum, everybody seemed like they were having fun, the crowd around me enjoyed it, they had Tommy Stinson from The Replacements on bass...

They did everything the media expected at Reading and they did everything I expected at Leeds, and after 20 years of listening to them, I can safely say that they didn't let me down once or give me anything less than what I've always wanted from them.

Were you even there?

You definitely saw a different show to me. Firstly they were half an hour late. OK, they play all the hits, but padded the set with ridiculous 15-minute instrumentals. November Rain went on for at least 10 minutes longer than it should have done. And the Pink Panther theme... WTF? People around me were leaving in droves and there were crys of "what you doing?" I stayed to watch just because it was so ridiculous more than anything else.

I definitely remember reading that they were 30 mins late, not 15. Anyway at Reading they were an hour late and even though musically they were tight Axl's vocals were poor and he was almost constantly out-of-breath (might explain the instrumentals).
