No, you answered it ambiguously. It's a common trait of yours. You then take 7 patronising paragraphs to explain something that you could have made clear originally in two sentences. But then you'd lose the opportunity to call someone a c**t.

Try some writing skills Neil. Watch:

No, I don't have a personal account. However, I do have access to an account that isn't my own.

But if I'd written that, that would be a lie. What I wrote was deliberately non specific, because I have access to such things via a variety of different ways.

Anyway, now that you've discovered that I do have access, you can give me the links you've promised to give me if I do.

But hey, I suspect all this is really about changing the subject away from your own lack of evidence with which to call me wrong by, which I'm 100% certain will continue with you providing no such link.

The work isn't mine.

So who can speak about their experiences?

oh, so you're admitting yourself as a complete fraud are you, and that you don't do research?:lol:

If they're unhappy with it, which is rare, they have a problem with the company, not me, as they don't know my name.

You don't do much research to know about research, do you?

Still, it's been more than enough. :)

As for unhappiness, are there refunds?

If the company was unhappy with me then it is between them and me as they are by law not allowed to disclose my name in relation to any of the completed work - it isn't theirs or mine.

You don't half make some extremely dumb assumptions. A decent researcher would know far better.

So once again, would you care to show me this illegal site so I can take action or would you like to stop bullshitting instead?

There is nothing illegal. Unless you're stupidly thinking that it's illegal for someone to know an individual works for a company.

Go and lock yourself up - you know that I work for efestivals.:lol:

So you aren't going to give me the name of this imaginary site?

You claim to be an academic. So ask your academic friends where academics discuss the various merits of the work of researchers. It really isn't hard, if you're what you claim. :)

Anyway, back to the subject in hand - you were going to send me some links to the evidence of what you've said. Please go ahead.

I have. You have the sites and the necessary search words. Knock yourself out.

That's a shame because I won't be able to send you the research you crave.

Oh look, moved goalposts, and a reluctance to provide the evidence you said you'd provide.

Anyone would think you've something to hide, that you're doing all the exact same things you say makes what I say is worthless.

So your own take on things is as worthless as the accusations you're throwing at me. Glad we've got that part cleared up.

Now, you're the one that's been demanding evidence, and have turned this into willy-waving because of it. So I really do think it's time you put up or shut up, because you do this every time - you demand from others what you won't provide yourself.

So please provide the evidence you said you would, or we'll be saying bye-bye to each other again. But this time it'll be permanent, because every thread you post in you derail and much more than me is bored of it.

So ... links ....?

Hang on. Are you aware that you can't send links from your research account? Because it doesn't sound like it.

it depends what site you're talking about and how they've implemented their user account system.

I'd have to give you journal information for each study, hence the search names instead as there are so many pieces of research.

fine - so tell me which system a particular piece of research is on and how it it can be identified or words to search on to get that particular piece, and it's easy enough to find. You don't need to tell the person who coded just such a system how to use a system like that. ;)

Are you going to look at it then or are you happy to shut the f**k up and let us carry on the discussion?

yep, I will. But depending which system it's on it might be Monday night before it's in front of my eyes (because, as I've said, I don't have accounts of my own), and I'll then of course have to find the free time to read it which might take a few more days.

So give me the info I need to find the relevant bit of work, and w3hat it is within that work that it's providing evidewnce for of what you've said.

(I strongly suspect you've misread it tho, given how poorly you read just about everything )

I say this dispassionately simply as a matter of fact, but I'm better read than anyone else on this site Chief

You might have read more, but I guarantee much of it has been misread - you prove constantly just how poorly you read. ;)

Good. Check out types of education, such as structural learning and cross cultural learning, and get a sense of how they apply to success and failure within different types of education. Then look at how the decision making process at universities differ in relation to the various skills taught at schools. Finally, see how the type of learning relates to HE, and the amount of influence that the lack of identification has for kids in deprived areas getting into research-intensive universities.

whoooooaaaa!!!

Give me specific pieces of research - named - that I need to be checking, and on which specific system that specific work can be found. I'm not doing a full research project just for you to prove you have evidence for some of what you've said.

As you claim to be nothing short of an academic, then giving me precise stuff should be a breeze, as references are such an important part of academia.

You did, after all, say you'd "send it to me" - and you would not have meant you'd be sending me every bit of research that mentions anything about the words you've said I need to check on.

I'll come back on monday to see your findings.

As I've already said, it might be Monday evening before I'm able to access the specific pieces of work you're referring to, and a while after that for me to find the time to read it.

Ultimately, a much looser, more inspiring, freer education is what I think should be in place. Choosing what degree (which starts quite early on in secondary school) to take when you're in the middle of puberty and at the very beginnings of getting to grips with what you might want out of life is way to early, and ridiculously stressful

I have a MA in Literature. What do you have?

the ability to read, no different to you.

Except the accuracy of my reading is constantly shown here as vastly better than your own.

Just type those words in and an army of research will come up. Google Scholar is a good place as it'll bring up the works from all of those sites, provided you have an account with them.

You say you know the specifics. You said you'd give me evidence. So why can't you do it?

You claim to be an academic - for which nothing is more important than being able to reference where you got what you know. So reference it.

I assume this is irony, yes?

Yep. Cos you and me both know he's no academic. :P

And meanwhile, less jokingly, you've said I'm wrong about what I've said. And the evidence you have for that statement of fact that I'm wrong is where exactly....?

Oh dear. It seems you're no more able to provide the evidence against what I've said than I've been able to provide the evidence in favour of what I've said.

But I know that the evidence I'm referring to is out there somewhere - because I've read it. You don't have the same certainty of what you've said because you've read nothing either way about what you're dismissing, have you? ;)
