Apparently at a gig in B'ham they said that they're playing british festivals in the summer. Looking at others announced, this could mean that it's Reading and Leeds, even if it's not a headlining slot.

Apparently, there's a sizeable number of music journos who think MCR aren't headlining because (I don't know if this is true or not) their new album has bombed badly. Those people seem to think that Prodigy are headlining instead, but don't appear to have anything concrete for why they think that.
