Radio 1/NME Stage

I'm pretty sure that The Streets have said that he/they have ended aand aren't doing anything else again. Mumford were a big hit last year but I can't see them coming back for a second year in a row, if they did I think they'd be moved onto the main stage.

I'd love the headliners to have the quality to really rival the main stage, like Primal Scream, BRMC or Suede but I think it'll be from bands like Jimmy Eat World, The xx, The View or The Maccabees. Good but not mindblowing.

That was an astonishing sight in the tent last year.

Do you honestly think they'll have the same impact one year on though? Unless Radio 1 force them as much as I gather they did last year... I mean, people forget, don't they? Your average Radio 1 listener doesn't exactly the greatest attention span, and if Mumford & Sons become unfashionable then they'll lose half of the fickle audience that turned up to the tent last year.

I'm saying that it would be better because I would probably only see The Strokes and Soundgarden out of those 6. Maybe Muse depending on clashes as I have never seen them and wouldn't go to their own gig.

To have Strokes and Soundgarden clashing would be upsetting, so against MCR would be better. I just can't see Soundgarden and MCR on at the same time for some reason

Both Vampire Weekend and Glasvegas have a similar fanbase to that of The Strokes so I highly doubt either would be on at the same time. Its far more likely to be something heavier or dance/electro up against them to give people a bit more choice.
