When he says exlusive festival headliners I take that to mean exclusive to festivals in England, so in theory they could still headline TITP, and not headlining anywhere else in England, so they could still be playing second on the bill at Glasto (or even atop the Other Stage). I don't think there's anything that suggests they won't or can't do their own tour.

yeah, that's all I really have to say. I hope they pull a pleasant surprise out of the bag, but I won't be too gutted if they don't, as I've kind of got used to the idea of them headlining.

I think they'll headline but I recon Melvin does has a suprise in store.

I desperately want their to be some massive, 'staggering' surprise that will completely throw everyone when it's announced, but:

1) It probably won't happen and I'll just be disappointed

2) I don't quite know who it could be that's good enough to appeal to both me and the non music snobs

TBH I was only really looking forward to Blink 182 when the headliners were rumored last year but I knew I was still going, and when the line up was released I was more than happy, there was about 18 Bands that I really wanted to see.

The three rumored acts this year I'd probably watch all three but I wouldn't be looking forward to them, but I know that R&L offer a line-up that suits my overall taste.

As of yet I don't think I'm going as I'm going to Download for a stag do.

However I'm already starting to feel like I'd be missing out, I mean what else would I do August Bank Holiday that would be better....?
