It's a bit of both.

There's not a huge influx of T-ticket buyers, cos most people already have them - there's only 30,000 available to buy today, with the rest having been sold at earlier points.

But it's also the case that the ability of efestivals to handle high traffic is much greater than it was at this time last year, because of an extra server, also an upgraded server, and a not small amount of tweaking and reconfiguration in how everything works.
