I don't know why everyone is moaning - Eminem and Arctic Monkeys as headliners is awesome!

And Rihanna under Eminem will be sweet - agreed plan B is a bit of a strange one under the monkeys but hey take the rough with the smooth!

Eminem is about a decade past his prime and will just attract a festival of absolute cnut chavs. And Arctic Monkeys as a headliner? Give me a break, they hit their peak years ago.

But the headliners aren't incredible! Look at Glasto, U2 and Beyonce, like them or hate them, 2 artists that have never and probably will never do a festival again. That's pretty incredible

Well, Eminem basically never goes on tour, and the Arctic Monkeys are (IMO) one of the best bands around at the moment...I suppose it's all a matter of opinion! And I thought the Glasto headliners (except for U2) are fairly ordinary compared to some years...

Eminem didn't do a lot for me at titp last year, in fact there wasn't anything memorable about it. He was really late which was annoying

I somewhat surprisingly agree here. Rihanna > Beyonce in my opinion. Beyonce may have been around longer but Rihanna is the most 'current' and has the most appealing music. U2 are absolutely not to my taste at all, and I would happily throw things at Bono, but whilst I appreciate they are a huge act - I'd actively choose to avoid them. I'm not a fan of Arctic Monkeys - but I saw them live on the NME tour just after their first album had dropped and they were great live.

Think there ya average V fest headliners really.. Arctics not my cuppa joe, Didnt do much for me at reading a couple years back but there appeal is about the same as Kasabian... Eminem i think could be quality, A chance for me to relive my youth.. Pretty much the same as all the Blink 182 at reading last year, Thought they were dire personally but there was people there just loving it cos it was a trip down memory lane. Seem's about right for V festival headliners for me tho.. not impressed with rest of the lineup so far, Last years was better IMO !!
