Steve P
i'm off out tonight to combine the twin guns of alcohol and singing. Been thinking about what songs to go for all week - definitely decided on Born to Run as i was singing that on the way in to work this morning. So what's your song of choice? Do you do the same every time or mix and match? I partial to a bit of rap, just because i'm so dreaful at it and it gives everyone else a laugh. The Nal
Havent done it in ages. Used to do it a lot in America during my summer student days. Great bar there for it. Rap is a great option, Vanilla Ice always goes down a treat. As does anything sang by a high pitched black woman, sounds horrific sang by a bloke, great fun. If you want to be serious-ish, you cant beat Sinatra, Dean Martin or Bobby Darin. Backstreet Boys is also funny.

rachbon
i've never done karaoke in a pub or anything but at wee parties in the house it's always bohemiam rhapsody.
BlackHole2006
Twist and Shout by The Beatles is probably the best song to do when pissed because you can just shout the lyrics and no body would be any the wiser. "OH BABY NOW! TWIST AND SHOUT NOW!" Edited March 5, 2011 by BlackHole2006
