Getting tickets with same reg number

Does anyone know if i cancell/do not pay for my ticket in april ,can i then buy resale tickets if able with

the same reg number and details?

Its just that i was the only one who got tickets the first time round and my friends are trying in the resale,

but i don't want to pay the full amount and my friends not be able to get any.Then am stuck going by myself or not at all.

You can still cancel up till 6th May and get the full price back (-£10 admin fee) so be as well paying it off and help them in the re-sale.

If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets on 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 6th 2011. A £10 administration charge will be retained from all refunded tickets.
