I work for YHA. It is at times a frustrating, annoying experience. Like all customer service jobs, you meet you share of nutters and deeply unpleasant characters, whilst really not feeling appreciated for the effort you put in. Also, hostels and hostelling are something I care about and I don't always see eye to eye with the big cheeses as to the direction we should take.

All that said, I've never been prouder to work for this organisation as I am at this moment
