Reading Resident Tickets

For the people living in Reading and who qualify with regards to their postcode then you can get tickets as of now until 2pm tomorrow after that then its the general sale tomorrow evening, also a guide to total cost - my friend who is in RG1 just bought one and it was £199.50 plus £5.25 so the total cost was £204.75 for a weekend ticket for this year

Should also add it only works for people in the following postcodes - RG1 - RG4 and RG30 - RG31 (RG5 & RG6 won't work as they come under Wokingham districts and not Reading)

So if I work in an office in Crowthorne I can use that as local postal confirmation? I've got mine pre-sale but my daughter's friend has yet to get a ticket and resident could be an option if it's a problem on ticket sale day? Appreciate the info.

RG6 doesn't work even though it's listed as being included?

Just got off my arse & checked the link, doubtful I could use a Company address because of the ID requirements. Was a thought but the reality is that if you keep trying you will get a ticket without a problem...normally tckts become available after the big Monday night rush.

That's pretty bad, RG5 isn't in the list so no surprises there but RG6 is actually listed as being included. Is some of the RG6 area covered by Reading Borough Council and some by Wokingham? Looking at the list again it says that RG4 is covered by Reading and South Oxon and both can get tickets.

Yeah, only part of RG6 counts. Last year I tried and I couldn't get priority cause I'm in the part of RG6 that's Wokingham Council and not Reading Borough.
