Neil didn't get information on FATM being headliner, he said he thought she would be. Seen as though Neil is mulling over putting Green Day as SR then I'm pretty certain that puts them in pole position.

Not quite.

I think it's highly likely she'll be playing Reading, and she could certainly headline. I've not said that I think she will be, that's a slightly different thing.

Until I've got something more solid to go on I'm hedging my bets a little. There's still too many possibilities.

Loving this new potential news about Green Day headlining.

Would like to see The Black Keys sub them with Soundgarden subbing Foo Fighters. Flo can sub Kasabian - I'll just go NME to miss them, please be Enter Shikari or Lostprophets for a clash...

Foo Fighters, Kasabian, Green Day

Florence, Kasabian, Foo Fighters.

What a difference one headliner can make. Although I dont tend to dwell on headliners to much for any festival I go to, this seems to make a massive difference

Although I know it was more for marketing and self promotion I would say Melvin was right with is statement ("ultimate headliners" at least for r/l festivals this year anyway) if the first lot of headliners happen.
