What a difference one headliner can make. Although I dont tend to dwell on headliners to much for any festival I go to, this seems to make a massive difference

Although I know it was more for marketing and self promotion I would say Melvin was right with is statement ("ultimate headliners" at least for r/l festivals this year anyway) if the first lot of headliners happen.

Although it's only the usual marketing, i definitely wouldn't agree. If you described to me an ultimate R&L headliner, it def wouldn't be Kasabian, and considering GD have only played R&L once, I wouldn't call them one either.
