No conformation email?

I ordered tickets yesterday for Reading and I still have not had a conformation email. Iv tried to ring see tickets and they make you listen to the spiel before the system hands you over to an engaged tone. great customer service see tickets. Let me pay for the call and then cut me off.

Anyone else who got tickets y'day had no conformation yet?

Stargreen gave me mine after requesting my password, so if any of you bought on there just sign out and try logging in again

You can track your order using either your confirmation code/ last 4 digits or your card along with your postcode/ email address.

If they are there on the site you have got the tickets man.

I had a nightmare trying to get the pages to load last night because I expected a quick sell out. Still loads left by the looks of it tho.
