Seetickets box office

Hi,

I bought a ticket for Reading by Seetickets, but I live in France and I just saw that tickets will not be dispatched in France, and I will pick them at boxoffice. But I don't bought the ticket with my own card, but with my mother's card, and apparently only she can take my ticket... How can I do to collect my ticket ?

(And I don't understand why my tickets for Glastonbury 2010 was mailed by Seetickets last year, then they apparently would not have sent because I live in France... )

Is box office a youthism for c**t? If so I agree Seetickets are c**ts!

Maybe they would accept a photocopy of the front and rear of your mother's card. It's unlikely that you'll be the only one in this predicament so give them a call and see what they say. Their Terms & Conditions say they "may" withold tickets without the card, not "will", so I'm sure you can come to some arrangement.

"When tickets are being collected at the box office, we ask that the cardholder presents the card that the tickets were booked on as identification. Any other forms of i.d. or letters of authorization are taken at your own risk and may result in the tickets being withheld at the box office."

Email them.

Get them to change the name on the order, take a photocopy of her card just incase.
