Download have confirmed this year there will be just one tent in the Village

In the past theres been two tents and last year they added a third entertainment tent, well this year they're downgrading to just ONE tent, a new Massive tent apparently. Which they want the download customer to name

Heres the official statement

''Listen up you lot, we need your help…

So, we’re currently in the process of putting together all of the entertainment that’ll be on offer each night at Download this year once the music in the main arena is over.

For some reason, you all refuse to quietly return to your tent at 11pm and get a good night’s sleep, so we’re planning a bunch of cool things to keep your ear drums pulsating throughout the night.

In The Village, we’ll be erecting (*s****s*) an almighty tent. This tent will play host to what is shaping up to be our most fully-loaded evenings of entertainment, details of which we’ll be revealing soon.

In the meantime, we need to think of a bloomin’ name for the place! It’s been affectionately known as The Bell Tent for a couple of years now, but now we’re looking to make a change!

So, what can you come up with? We wanna hear your ideas!

Mark your territory and think of a name you’ll want to call your Download afterhours den for years to come! Be a part of the Download legacy… ''

Hmmm. Not sure about this one tent thing. I mean, there was always a variety of stuff to do. Now, you have just one tent?

I shall wait and see but at this point, not overly optimistic about it!

Only time I've ventured into the village tents was last year for the England match. As long as the shi'sha tent is still there I don't care about the rest!
