I can't see them playing third, they've done nothing since last year and if they are playing it almost seems as if they were an afterthought.

The Cribs were booked to headline the NME tent before Johnny Marr joined the band so this arguement is redundant.

I think they can definitely pull off third given who they'd be under, though. Like last year, you wouldn't really have put them above Dizzee Rascal, Biffy or Weezer. But they could definitely put them above National or maybe even Interpol.

But did he join them inberween being booked and playing because if so, then FR may have known.

If you go on to the Line-up tab on the website, it has been replaced by link to band profiles as opposed to a picture of the line-up poster. Jimmy Eat World are not on there. I'm thinking they may have pulled out and have brought Cribs in as a replacement... Thoughts?linky link
