Why on earth do you think that Good Charlotte could possibly headline the NME stage? or that Barenaked Ladies would headline the Lock Up?

Biffy won't headline or co-headline, subbing is fine. I'd swap bloc party with snow patrol and have SP headlining with biffy subbing them and BP subbing FF. However I don't think snow patrol would play.

I had the time so here is a rare post. I think this is reasonably realistic in parts but I have no real idea of what 'indie' (if people insist on calling it that) will be on the Main/NME and my Dance lineup is a total guess.

Anyway, dissect this as you wish.

Bloc Party was twice but what I'm saying is that qotsa wouldn't do it THREE times. Plus BP did it on different days qotsa have done the EXACT spot twice.

I'm not sure if the day matters too much, but what i meant was a lot of people had Bloc Party down as one of their subs as well

Yeh but it would be a bit crazy if they were in exactly the same place.

I think Bloc Party playing third/sub/sub three years in a row is an odder situation than QOTSA subbing three years out of six. If their new album has reasonable mainstream success I can see them being bumped up to headliner but if it doesn't I can still see them subbing in 2012. In fact they may end up headlining Download or Soni next year.
