I need Help!

because i'm a total idiot....I have lost my ticket...AEG say its in my terms and conditions that its tough luck. but a new one or dont go!

Anyone experienced this with rockness? any luck?

I went to Ultra Music festival in Miami last year, got my ticket stolen an hour before the festival, rocked up and had a new one in 5 minutes. thanks to modern technology, bar codes and credit card details!

AEG have all this! Why cant they replace it a month before the gig?

anyway.....your thoughts please....
