Seeing as Steeleye Span where once The Wombles (thank you wikipedia) is it possible that a few big names from other acts could be filling one or two of the suits.

As for set list I'd go for the tracks that get on the Greatest Hits. I'm hoping for Bannana Rock and The Orinoco Kid.

As for costumes, how about just a print and cut out mask or two or make one out of things that you find.
