Anyone else not receive an e-mail for the third payment atal?

Well i've already sent three e-mails to AEG over this payment then got told it was extended to the 1st of May which I was fine with. By the 29th of April I had thoroughly checked my e-mails and still no e-mail from AEG and so since then i've tried to e-mail them about it but have had no reply after almost 20 days. I have my refrences for the first and second payment still. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

Give them a call or post a comment on their facebook page. I did both and received my email the same day. You'll find their number on your payment received email from the first or second payment. Good luck.

hey, cheers for the reply. I'm gonna phone them up today and hopefully I can still get a ticket. not my fault I never actually got the e-mail

I had this trouble with my first payment - to make it worse I was in Australia and could only phone them at stupid o'clock in the morning! but I phoned them (drunk) and they sent me the link straight away.

All 3 payments made now and hoping the post arrives shortly!!
