Leaving the Car Park

This is what it says on the official FAQ. Has anyone done this in previous years?

My mate won't go unless he can nip out on saturday morning in his car and come back.

"Can I leave and return to the car parks?

You may leave the car park but if you do not have a valid parking ticket on your return you will be charged again.

Campers may use the pass out system until 12pm Saturday. There are no pass outs after 12pm Saturday and you may not re-enter the site with alcohol."

I also heard that you can only have one trip from your car to the campsite?

Surely not? Also, how much is the parking?

No you can have two or 3 trips to your car before 12pm Saturday but no alcohol to be taken in apart from 1st trip.

Does anyone know how much it costs to park?

1st year driving up there so any tips would be welcome!!

Driving up is easy. Signposted perfectly for a 1st timer. As soon as yo get there, there are plently of stewards there to assist you. Cant remember how much it will be. Im taking to fivers and a ten note. I reckon 15 quid will be the charge.
