he has no reason not to play, but then again no reason to play. Hes not currently playing any dates in august or the start of September, however i would have to assume special guest would be frank turner doing double dutyy

Looks a bit high to be C+C to me, I reckon its Frank but he'll do a load of old stuff - maybe just redo the set that got him so much attention in 08 (might have been 07?).

I can't see City and Colour playing Lock Up. Could maybe see them playing The FR Stage? Their music is just not Lock Up material if you ask me!

He may have a hardcore background with Alexis but how often have you seen a band play acoustic love songs on the Lock Up? (I am aware it's not ALL acoustic love songs but you catch my drift )

City and Colour aren't exactly a Punk band so that's why I'm saying that FR Stage is more of a safe bet of them playing there. But we'll see closer to the Festival
