Our ticket agents will begin sending out tickets from June 15th and will have completed dispatch of all current orders by July 20th.

Subsequent orders will then be dispatched within 10 days of sale up to 7 days before the event after which they are then held nearby the festival site to collect [exact locations are given to ticket holders when they purchase]

If you haven't received your tickets a week before the festival, please contact the ticket agent you bought your tickets from.

And remember, whatever you do, don't buy from touts or dodgy websites - it's not worth it.
