Could have been better announced but GOOD.

Maybe three levels of crowd control?

1) In front of safety barrier for mentalness

2) Normal (?) level of enthusiam

3) Pimms drinking ponces on chairs and blankets.

No chairs in 1 or 2. Apologies for anyone who actually NEEDS a chair, but unless you're registered disabled and would therefore be able to prove such a need, stop being so fooking lazy and inconsiderate.

While they have the right to ban fold out chair from entering the arena, I'd be interested to know if there were stalls selling them on the inside. If that is the case, then they're taking the piss slightly.

T in the Park tried this last year, refusing to let chairs in... only to find all the stalls selling them for £10/chair.

The chair thing would have been better were it not for the fact that they were freely on sale in the site...

The bigger problem is the simple fact that there are too many people on site. Few years ago, there was plenty of space for those who wanted to stand at the front, and the rest could comfortably sit around the food area at the back.
