Pendulum Headlining

For everyone who thought Primal Scream were headlining it looks like they were wrong.

On the V Festival website they have put pendulum as headliners on the C4 Stage.

Bit annoying for me as i was going to watch pendulum then eminem but now i cant :/

According to V Festival on Facebook "Just to let you know V Festival... Pendulum are the headliners of the 4Music stage but it will be Primal Scream who close the stage = no clash with Eminem."

Completely confusing but it looks like you'll be able to see Pendulum and Eminem.

Strange! To me it looks like they are trying to say, Pendulum headline, therefore clash with Eminem, but Primal Scream play after that.. does this mean later music?

Pendulum will have a headliners time slot of 1hr 30mins they will be playing before Primal Scream who will have around an slot of 50min. Primal will clash with Eminem to help ease the nighmare clash for some.

The more I think about this, the more I think it is typical V b@ll@cks!

They are basically showing exactly who there target audience is - in other words Pendulum should be headlining but we expect everyone to want to Pendulum and Eminem who are going....

If that's the case why even book Primal Scream? JLS could've had there slot.

Oh well, more space for me for Primal Scream anyway!!!

I don't agree, pendulum will clash with rihanna because of this. Rihanna is more the cringey poppy chart act in comparison to pendulum. Pendulum vs Rihanna will make an interesting clash for V's "target audience"

I see what you're saying - I just don't understand that if Pendulum are headlining, let them headline!!!

I can only presume the people organising it want to see both Pendulum and Eminem.
