Folks

Going to Beni in a couple of weeks and can't wait. However, some help required re train bookings. . . .

I've booked 3 of us train tickets from alicante-beni (through www.renfe.com). I've received an email confirming purchase and giving some purchase code, but no e-ticket.

Have i / the train company fcuked up somehow or is this the norm? Any assistance would be gratefully received.
