Jaybles
Hmm this is a good chance to try and remember all the festivals i have done. 8 Reading Fests 1 Latitude 1 V Fest 1 T in the park 1 Isle of Wight 1 Bestival 2 Warped tour 1 Hard Rock Calling 3 Give it a name (RIP) 2 Ben & Jerrys (As of this weekend . Free ice cream FTW) Experienced festival goer......but not a veteran. I'm too young (in my head) to want to be a veteran. rexclark
I don't think age matters, you could start going to fests when you're a kid with your parents. You could know a festival inside out and know how to behave yourself and be considerate to others but only be 16 years old. The word veteran would imply your older but that doesn't have to be the case.

DJL
I think I'm on 7 readings, 4Vs, 3 benicassims, 2 glastonburys, 2 sonars, 1 wireless, 1 hard rock calling, 1 IOW, 1 primavera, 1 summercase, 1 latitude, 1 rock en seine, 1 get loaded in the park, 1 isle of Wight - though for about 3 or four of these I only had day tickets. I think that makes me a veteran. I'd have done a lot more glastonburys if I wasn't a teacher who had to be back at work on the Monday! Benj
I think it works out at 27 Glasto's 22 Reading 6 Latitude 5 Phoenix 2 Hop farm and about 100 day events mainly at Finsbury Park and Hyde Park and countless concerts. If I don't drop down dead I will keep going as long as the WBC need me. Certainly I am a veteran volunteer but I don't think of myself as a veteran at any specific festival.
