dirtymookie
Just wondering if anybody has got their equipment from these before. Some people going to Leeds with us this year have ordered a full camping set a while back but they've recently read some really bad reviews and are wondering if they've done the right thing. Anyone reckon they should buy from elsewhere and ask for their money back or have they got no worries? Any comments would be really helpful. Welshyyy
They have one of those at Leeds at think? and if its the same thing, i thought they was pretty good and cheap, didn't see a problem with them, and my mate bought a 2 man tent from them, was perfectly fine... Mega Ross
A tent? Maybe they looked quite sturdy, heard no complaints about their tents. I went through 4 of their camping chairs last year (well they were a fiver), and the sleeping bags/ mats you get in any package are wafer thin and couldn't insulate a wire. dirtymookie
Yeah it was mainly the tent they were wondering about. They got an e-mail back admitting there was problems last year as it was their first but they've addressed those now and changed the product. Also said there won't be an issue with returning anything with problems or faults, their stall will be there all weekend, which is good because this was one of the main complaints from last year. Mega Ross
Looking on the site the hydrostatic head is only 1500, which usually means if the rain is absolutely torrential and unrelenting you are prone to a little leakage.
Welshyyy
I'm sure their stall wasn't open all weekend though, or it was open at stupid times, like 10-12 or something, but i'm 80% sure i walked past on Friday & Saturday, and it being closed
