There wasnt a vip payment plan last year and dont think there will be one this year. I have emailed rockness to find out if it is possible to buy a £99 ticket and then upgrade to vip later but havent heard back.

Last year a few of my mates bought a general weekend camping and then upgraded to vip for and extra £50 so hoping I will be able to do the same this year :)
