booked my flights before going on 9th from manc to reus then return on 16th from valencia to manc, any tips on how to get from reus to beni and roughly how much?

bongo from reus get a taxi to tarragona from their you can get a train should be about 20euro but might have gone up, or through this website get bus direct to the festival and back £22 each way http://www.eufest.com/festivals/beni/transport

I think I'm gonna do a dummy pack today to make sure I don't go over the weight limit, are people taking a sheet or anything to sleep with in the nights or is it that hot out there shorts and t-shirt will do? Also, I'm going straight to SGP when I get back and I won't be surprised if it's pissing it down, I'm gonna need a sleeping bag and wellies but in bit of a pickle since obviously I don't want to take these to benni with me, nooooooo!

Anyone got any ideas? Don't really want to buy wellies or a sleeping bag when I get back since I have good ones here.

Manged to get eufest bus booked for the 9th to get me from reus to beni but my return journey is on 16th from valencia and they seem to be fully booked. Anyone got any ideas??

how strict are they on cameras in the arena for dslr's?

are there lockers in the camp site or just in the arenas?

1) How far is the train station from the campsite?

2) Is there anything that is going on the monday after the festival finishes as my coach doesnt leave valencia until the tuesday

I took my basic dslr in a couple o years ago no problem but i guess it's how they feel on the day and how professional it is.

There's lockers at the campsite form what i can remember.

Turn right when you get out the station and it's about a 10/15 min walk, maybe less.

No more beach parties, just make your own entertainment. Plenty of pubs/cafes to chill out.

My friend can no longer come so selling both tickets - gutted!!! Missing it for the 1st time in 8 years.

A 4 Day Ticket which includes camping

Original cost for both = £322

Selling both tickets for £250

Tickets are in my name and are e-tickets.

I will email tickets and copy of my passport/driving licence once I receive funds. I know of people last year who weren't asked though when using other people's tickets but just to be on the safe side, best take it with you!!!

Can't believe theres only a few weeks left! Anyone have experience using the train from/to madrid? Will I have any trouble if I just show up at the station to buy a ticket? Seems like most people aren't coming in from Madrid so I'd like to think those trains won't be too much of a hassle to get on.

I noticed a few posts ago you said you were staying in Oropesa.

We stayed there last year and are staying there again this year. We have an apartment next to the tourist information and right across from the beach.

We thought that was all Oropesa had to offer until the last night when we went for a walk and saw there's a 2nd beachfront with loads of bars.

While it's nice staying somewhere so remote and not filled with your typical Brit lager louts, have you found somewhere that sells a good old fashioned fry up? It was sorely missed last year!

Also, whereabouts in Oropesa are you staying?

2 weeks today an we fly out! Shit's getting real.

Not arriving until Thursday early evening (bloody work always getting in the way) and have one tent for five of us. I see it's just one campsite now (believe it was different before) but as we're all first timers, interested to see what situation we'll find...anywhere to camp at all?

Riiight, left this a bit late have some questions

I'm staying in Oropesa and could only manage travel when coming via eufest, which takes me to Benicassim

I understand there is a train station in both places, but is it probably wiser just getting a taxi?

Also, are the 4 day bus tickets available for going to and from the festival available in Oropesa?

Really can't wait, actually flying out for a week in Magaluf beforehand and hope I have some energy left for New Order on the last night!

Hey guys, this is my first trip to Benni and can't wait! Few friends who have been before said was very easy to find 'substances' in and around the camping grounds, but I am staying in a villa in marina d'or (I think)....is it easy enough to find stuff inside the festival, or am I better off trying to find beforehand?

Can't wait for New Order & The Roses, sure most of you will have heard some of their stuff, but if not, check out The Horrors, they are definitely who I am most looking forward to seeing!
