hey there, I took a dab out of a wrap on the Friday night, but I'm still gurning

lower jaw a mess and really painful..getting really embarassing in the office, I said it was a stretch I do at first to unwind, but a whole month down the line and I can't keep this up

how long does it take to wear off? sometimes the lower lip comes up to the tip of my nose mid-conversation...really bad and we've got an intern in later..

I can't decide if this is genuine, so if it isn't I'm going to look stupid taking you seriously. But... two pieces of advice from someone eminently unqualified in medicine: (1) See a doctor, explain the situation honestly - they shouldn't judge you re. the drugs - and see if you can get a prescription for diazepam or some other muscle relaxant; or (2) Get a painkiller with codeine from the pharmacy, as codeine is an opiate and will also help you to relax. Both of the above can be addictive, by the way, so definitely not long term solutions!

Never underestimate the long term effects of drugs. My cousin took some, what turned out to be, contaminated ecstasy and a couple of weeks later she noticed numbness and involuntary movements in her face. Below are before and after photos, taken just 6 months apart. She is only 29.
