Bisque
My friends all have what they have called "VIP" camping tickets, whereas I just have a standard Reading camping ticket. I was going to persuade them to camp with me in Purple but was thinking... ...what are the actual advantages to VIP? I'm presuming better toilets & maybe a bar. Welshyyy
At Leeds, i had a teacher who gets VIP camping tickets, he just said it was more or less a few showers, quieter, Cleaner toilets, and security on hand all the time... don't even know how you get VIP tickets, but they seem a waste of money to me
Bisque
They got theirs free as far as I know. If that's all their getting then I might start to persuade them to join me with the muggles as we've always camped in the same spot since 2005. ar1
Aren't they something that Vodafone subscribers can win in one of their comps along with access to the balcony on the tower right infront of the stage?
she bangs the drums
VIP area is full of people who don't actually go and watch any music, there is just as big queue coming out into the arena after the last bands finish playing as there is those going back to the camp site. Bascially there is more room on the camp site and a few real toilets, there is also night time entertainment/bar. Personally I wouldn't pay any extra to go in there, most of the people in that area get in free and have to pay a donation that goes to charity and I've seen loads of people at the ticket kiosk saying they cannnot afford to pay that
