whateverworksout
i currently have a very limited amount of money, and i have early bird. i was thinking that i'd probably take a lot of my own food and maybe only buy some chips once a day or something, and then i'm going to take a crate or two and possibly buy some in the arena? how much will this roughly cost and does anyone have any suggestions on how to save money/what's the lowest and highest amount of money you've spent? matt123
Last year I took £100 and was also an earlybird. By sunday I had about £15 quid left so it's possible to do it on less. I ate whenever, sometimes 3 meals a day sometimes 1. Didn't drink much in the arena, think I bought 2 pints all weekend. Just take some cereal bars for breakfast and some other stuff to snack on whenever you nip back to camp and you could comfortably do it on £80. Having said that you could easily blow £250 if you had it so it's down to you personally and how you spend.
rexclark
I would go for spirits. You can sneak in a 500ml bottle in with you and it will last you most of the day and is alot easier to sneak in than a few cans.
Guess Who
I took £100 last year, I had nothing at the end and I was early bird, however £30 of that was unexpected having to get the train home to look after 2 veryyy ill + still hungover friends. I didn't buy any alcohol there, only vodka from tesco and what I took with me, water during the day i.e. in the arena, shared food during the day which kept the cost down, so really only ended up drinking alcohol and eating a good meal before and after the music starts. JC-Mo'Fucka
The asda petrov vodka pouches are essential for me. Usually buy two bottles of fanta to mix (in the arena) and a couple of pints and I always end up in a very merry state.

The Mean Bean
Last year I only spent £60, all I paid for was firewood, travel, weed, a beer bong and a little bit of food. Took all my own drink and was more than happy with that, took about 80% of my own food and was more than happy with that too.
