Right then, we've tried this before with varying degrees of success but seeing as a few people seem up for it it's worth another bash. The first thing that needs sorting is a time. I'm not camping but will be in the Arena by 4pm on Saturday. The meet will obviously need to be in the Arena but would people please suggest a time that will suit them and then we'll see what looks best and sort a location

Right mate I think between 6pm that way we all had a few beers and what ever else one likes wink wink. That way none ov us will miss the top djs we want 2 see.we all know what its like when the top djs are clasing we all flying round like headless chickens hoping to get a hour ov each set so my guess would be around 6pm may be wrong just a tought!!.

sounds like a plan batman. Have put a post on the camp event page on FB. Will round up some numbers. Sadly I think a lot of the success will depend on who's playing at that time. Hopefully it'll be someone $hit that nobody here likes

The only thing is if the slingshot isn't there. If it isn't there (i'm sure it will be but you never know) then lets make it the Pimms bus, that's always easy to spot!!

In view of the crappy weather forecast do we think it may be wise to move the meetup? In previous years they've had an open sided tent meeting point thing. Or shall we just leave it as it is and see who's really committed?!
