adamj11
Sorry if this is obvious but I'm struggling. It's my first time going to Creamfields and I decided to get the train as I'm coming from a different direction to my mates and didn't fancy driving alone on the way back. Having looked at the creamfields site it looked like Runcorn was the best bet to get there from where I'm heading (Warrington takes an extra 45 minutes according to the Trainline) but it seems that there isn't a bus service running from Runcorn to the site if I read the shuttle buses section correctly, is this the case? What then is the best way to get there.
Delboy71
Can you get to Runcorn East train station? That's only a short taxi ride away according to the maps i've looked at.... Edited August 23, 2011 by Delboy71
CeeCeeLuvsDancing
Runcorn is pretty much your safest bet there mate Theres two stations - one is the just Runcorn, and thats where the shuttles are going from (if not the train station, then the bus station just down the road - double check that one with Cream, its not clear on the website) The other is Runcorn East, very close to the site. Jump off at Runcorn East and call 01928 577777 for a taxi to take you onto the site.
adamj11
According to the Creamfields Shuttle Bus page there are no shuttles from Runcorn.
greg1999
if you're getting the train into runcorn, there's a taxi rank outside, it'll be about 20 quid. runcorn east would be a better bet and cost less in a taxi, just depends whether you can get to it. failing that, get the train to warrington bank quay and jump in a taxi outside there.
