Mark Nicol
Just booked my ticket for EXIT 2012, first festival outside the UK so quite excited! Making a longer holiday of it, flying into Croatia, then heading to Bosnia and Serbia, culminating in the Novi Sad experience!

the_derminator
I heard a rumour might be Depeche Mode next, which I'm pretty ambivalent about but my Serbian mates are over the moon. (NB - Source on this one not as good as the GnR one). Derm
sendvici
I can dig Depeche Mode but Duran Duran? Cmon man, I actually want to spend more time at the main stage but this will only encourage me to explore the smaller stages. Hopefully Happy Novisad will be solid as usual. Very ambivalent about the lineup. There should be more up and coming bands added or else this will become an over 35-40s shindig. I'm starting to become as disillusioned as Paul. Paul ™
I could handle Depeche Mode (not a headliner though especially as we have New Order) but yeah we need some current acts on this line up asap. When does the festival usually sell out? Are we likely to get a large raft of acts announced anytime soon? Sendvici - will get you at the bar if there is not much on haha

Paul ™
Dude I'll be in that little hidden bar between HappyNovisad and Dance Arena downing copious amounts of rakija.
theampersanddevil
That bar sounds awesome. Also on the point of food, I'm a vegi, do i have to eat chips all week? I really hope not.

Paul ™
That bar is awesome! It's also one of the few places you can get proper beer on-site (mmm, Jelen). Can't recommend it enough. And on the food side of things - well Serbia isn't exactly a veggie-friendly place to eat, but there will be pizzas and stuff. Best bring your own salad from home, though, as I'm not sure I've ever seen one in the wild there. Derm

theampersanddevil
Just found out that there is at least 1 restaurant in Novi Sad that is very vegetarian friendly. So I think I will survive quite well.
sendvici
Mrs Derm likes herbal tea - always a good laugh watching her try to order that in a cafe in Novi Sad. Derm
sendvici
I'm getting more excited about the food and drink rather than the lineup and usual shenanigans!
