Headliners are: Metallica, Linkin Park and Die Toten Hosen, big German band, 30th anniversary next year .

My theory about LP: they will be headliners at Sonis UK and few other SOnis. They played last year at Sonis Italy, so they might have deal with Sonis about co-operating next few years, just like Iron Maiden and Metallica

I agree about Linkin Park, would be too soon to play Soni after only headlining Download 6 months ago.

How do you know about the 3 headliners never to have played Soni before?

Regarding Linkin being too soon for Soni after Download, well Metallica are playing Download after Soni.

Evanescence/Nightwish/Wolfmother/Rise Against to fill the Friday sub slot and 2nd stage Saturday and Sunday headline slots I reckon. Just not sure which will be where.

Soundgarden subbing a legendary band like Sabbath does sort of make sense, although I'd have thought that if you had Soundgarden and Prodigy on the bill it would be Soundgarden headlining out of the two of them.

EDIT: Wait a minute. They are too big to sub, so they won't play before Metallica... and if they play before Linkin Park or Die Toten Hosen at RaR ? I think Soundgarden are really big band in Germany(same league as Pear Jam). So maybe just a smokescreen?
