I can't be 100% sure, but I think the Ozzfest name is owned by Live Nation along with Ozzy. As far as I'm aware, Ozzfest has always been run by the predecessor companies (such as SFX) that eventually became Live Nation.

So if my presumptions there are right, that's surely got to mean that if Ozzfest is going to happen as a day of a festival, it's going to happen at Download and not Soni.

IF the poster is real (which it probably isn't) I would say Download has them out of the two, Soni likes to get their big act for the year as an Euro exclusive and I can't be bothered to check but I think there is a Belguim Soni. Of course they may just decide do their own Ozzfest show instead.

"All four original BLACK SABBATH members will reunite for a press conference on November 11 at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California — the same venue where the band made its Los Angeles debut on November 11, 1970 (41 years ago), opening for ALICE COOPER — at exactly 11:11 a.m. They are widely expected to announce that they have begun writing material for a new album in addition to preparing to play their first live shows since the summer of 2005."

I found the reason for the time and location midly intresting.
