word I've had on Editors (from a source which really shouldn't be wrong) is that they're doing no dates this summer.

So I guess that must mean Smith & Burrows if there's going to be any dates .... unless things have changed for editors in the last 3 or 4 weeks (tho that sounds unlikely from what I was told).

well, the guy I just spoke to spoke to their management today to ask if he's required for Editors duty at any point this summer, and was told no, they're in the studio.

It's exceedingly unlikely that he's wrong, hugely hugely HUGELY unlikely. I never get more certain.

I think it's also unlikely Smith & Burrows will play (big) shows in the summer, as they recorded a christmas record...

I know nothing about Smith & Burrows - I merely chucked that in as an option for why that tweet isn't about editors.

Like I say, it's possible I'm wrong but I'll be very very very surprised if I am given the source of my info that editors are doing nothing.

Headliners: The Cure, Pearl Jam, Chase and Status, RHCP

Co-headliners: Elbow, dEUS, ________, Snow Patrol

Or am I completely wrong?

(I have to say, I'm surprised that Chase and Status are big enough to headline but that's what I was told)

Noel, Kooks, Rejects, Vaccines, Blink, Mumford, Noah - who needs headliners?
