DDave
That first batch of names is already better than the whole of last years line up in my opinion. We'll be going again all being well. Lucky I reserved a hotel last October for it. I'd expect at least some of the following to be announced Justice Kaiser Chiefs DEUS (naturally) Florence and the Machine. And would hope for a bit more house/electro on the bill and maybe a curve ball co-headliner such as Van Halen or of course Daft Punk. Then will start the general ticket-sale Edited April 10, 2012 by johnybegood

Sarge009
How do people normally get to the festival from the UK? There's a few of us coming from Leeds for the first time and wondering the best way to get there. I understand Eurostar to Brussels is the best option, then train from Brussels is included in ticket price? Someone walk me through it, cheers. DDave
We're flying from Manc to Charleroi then bus to Brussels and train to Hasselt. Public transport is free whilst the festival is on,

johnybegood
When will they announce punk acts for Shelter Stage? I think that Me first And The Gimme Gimmes and Social Distortion will perform at Main Stage (people are talking about that in FB)... so where are punk bands?? Only some minor British bands in the line-up... i remember last year Rival Schools, No Use For A Name, Bouncing Souls, OFF!, Black Pacific.... thetime
It's e-tickets. Tickets seems to sell faster every year. It only sold out for the first time in 2010, then sold out quicker last year, despite people moaning about the line-up. Difficult to know for sure what impact (if any) last year's tragic events will have on sales - will people stay away, or will they want to go more out of respect? Either way, I'd say it's not going to sell out in the first few days. Probably take a few weeks, maybe longer (but don't quote me on that if I turn out to be completely wrong...!). johnybegood
To be fair, there is a few already. I would have thought Good Riddance, Everytime I Die, letlive.,Trash Talk and Touche Amore would be there or thereabouts, not punk but Skindred and Deaf Havana are also possibilities. thetime
Are there bars outside the arena like werchter? Or is it bring your own.
